Fulfillment & Shipping 

Fulfillment 
All Rad Beard brand product orders are shipped within 24 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm ET. This includes Club Collection Products and Rad Beard Combos. For wholesale orders, please allow for 10-14 day fulfillment. Orders place outside these business hours or on Friday will be fulfilled next business day. 

Since our policy is to source products from US based providers, Accessories and Rad Swag item could take 3-7 days to fulfill from our supplier(s).

Rad Beard Gift Cards are fulfilled immediately upon purchase. 


Order Tracking
For all Rad Beard brand product orders a USPS tracking number will be provided once the order is fulfilled. If an alternative shipping method is provided by our supplier(s), a tracking number will be provided as soon as the order is fulfilled.

Rad Beard brand products typically arrive within 3-5 business days

Accessories and Rad Swag products typically arrive within 7-21 business days

Shipping
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to change your order. Orders over $39, regardless of weight, currently ship for free. Shipping for orders under 1lb is $2.99 and 1lb+ is $4.99.

Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
