Rad Beard Club takes the health and safety of our customers and staff very seriously. We are staying tuned to and following the recommendations from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) as we continue to meet our quality commitment to our customers.
Our partners and team members are continuously educated on the risks of COVID-19 and are following all the necessary precautions to include but not limited to: frequent hand-washing, daily disinfecting of manufacturing facility and equipment, our manufacturing partners wear masks and gloves while creating your products, and our shippers have & will continue to pack your products using gloves. As always, we are encouraging our team members to take any signs of illness seriously, seek a medical professional, and require they take the necessary time away from work.
In light of the COVID-19 situation, you may have wondered, “Is that package safe to touch?” The WHO has answered that question for us. They’ve made it clear that it is safe to handle a package, even if it comes from a place where the virus has been reported.
We are still fully operational and will continue to do so until CDC says otherwise. As for now, there are no delays in shipping with USPS or UPS. We will keep you updated if anything changes.
Rad Beard Club has always practiced extreme cleanliness with regards to our work and products, and we have always and will continue to uphold those standards.
